Presales Executive (m/f/d)

As a Presales Executive, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. Your technical expertise will help us to deliver compelling product demonstrations, craft tailored proposals and provide in-depth support throughout the sales process.

According to the collective agreement, a minimum salary of Euro 3,843 gross per month applies to your position. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment in line with the market, as well as a variable salary component which depends upon the achievement of individual objectives.

Your tasks

• Conduct technical product demos and presentations for potential clients to demonstrate the benefits and capabilities of Springtime’s solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process by answering technical inquiries and handling objections.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor demos and proposals to specific needs.
• Act as a technical liaison between sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with customer needs.
• Assist in the development and delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical proposals, ensuring they are customized and aligned with customer expectations.
• Support the preparation and management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure comprehensive coverage of all technical aspects.

Your profile

• A completed degree in business informatics, finance-related fields (such as accounting, controlling), or computer science is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, automated invoice processing, and related financial workflows.
• Several years of professional experience in a technical position.
• Proficient German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills to effectively persuade and engage relevant decision-makers.
