Senior Data Analyst / Power BI Developer (m/f/d)

As a Senior Data Analyst & Power BI Developer at Springtime, you will engage in a comprehensive role that spans the entire data analytics cycle. Leveraging Power BI and your expertise in DAX, you’ll be instrumental in every phase—from developing and managing data pipelines to building and refining data models, and from creating insightful visualizations to delivering actionable dashboards. Your work will ensure a cohesive analytics process that supports strategic decision-making across the organization, with a strong emphasis on agility and continuous enhancement.

According to the collective agreement, a minimum salary of Euro 3,724 gross per month applies to your position. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment in line with the market.

Your tasks

• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL) from various source systems to our Data Warehouse, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Design and sustain insightful data models to bolster our analytics framework, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Create compelling data dashboards, charts, and visualizations that simplify complex data sets into clear and impactful narratives.
• Analyze extensive datasets related to accounts payable workflows, using your findings to influence positive business outcomes.
• Vigilantly monitor and improve data quality and dashboard accuracy, upholding our high standards of data integrity.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to understand and meet data requirements, aligning with our business goals.

Your profile

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or engineering.
• Proficiency in Power BI and expertise in data manipulation using DAX, SQL, and Python.
• Strong understanding of relational database systems, particularly MS SQL Server, and adept in data management practices.
• Experience with data modeling, with a preference for those familiar with SSAS or Clickhouse.
• Knowledgeable in data governance, including managing data glossaries and lineage.
• Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual reports and dashboards, with an understanding of financial processes and accounts payable workflows being beneficial.
