As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll will be providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. This includes clerical and organizational tasks such as office management, reception desk, and providing support to the Head of Finance and Office Management as needed.

Your tasks

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and manage the email inbox.
  • Greet and assist visitors while ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room and resource arrangements.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, including bookings, visas, and insurance.
  • Keep the office environment tidy and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Support event planning and uphold data protection standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the line manager.

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in Administrative roles.
  • Experience in Office, Travel and Clinic Management.
  • Registered Nurse.
  • Highly organized and keen on details.
  • Excellent English language skills.
