As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, working closely with internal teams to attract IT talent and leveraging your technical expertise to assess and match candidates. Your work is crucial to the growth and success of the organization.
According to the collective agreement, a minimum salary of Euro 2,473 gross per month applies to your position. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment in line with the market.
Your tasks
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Collaborate closely with departments and hiring managers to create tailored job profiles and compelling job postings.
- Proactively reach out to IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
- Conduct interviews to identify both technical and social competencies.
- Provide personal support to candidates throughout the entire interview process to ensure a positive experience.
- Work with teams to continuously improve interview methods and ensure cultural alignment.
- Continuously maintain and enhance the applicant tracking system to ensure an optimal candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to proactively meet future needs.
Your profile
- Proven experience in the full recruitment cycle with a strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
- Ability to develop strategic recruiting plans and manage the entire hiring process.
- Competent in assessing technical skills as well as evaluating hard and soft skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous.
