Our flagship product, Invoicetrack, is designed to automate and streamline the entire accounts payable process, providing our customers with increased efficiency, accuracy, and control over their financial operations.
As a Product Manager for Invoicetrack, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of our accounts payable automation platform. You will be a bridge between software development and customer success, ensuring we deliver a best-in-class solution that addresses the evolving needs of our users.
For this position, a minimum collective wage of Euro 3.724 gross per month applies. A market-compliant overpayment, depending on your experience and qualifications, is offered.
Your tasks
- Partner with the software development team to understand technical feasibility and translate product vision into actionable requirements.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and mockups to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough customer, market, and competitor research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
- Own and manage the team backlog, prioritizing features based on product vision, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to develop compelling product messaging and user education materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AP automation technologies and industry trends.
- Analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product roadmap decisions.
Your profile
- Completion of a technical education (e.g., from a university of applied sciences or a university) and/or several years of professional experience, along with profound knowledge in the fields of product management, requirements engineering, or related areas.
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, etc.).
- Understanding of the AP automation landscape and its technical complexities, fintech experience and/or ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex product enhancements into clear and concise user stories.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile project management methodologies.
