As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing user interfaces that provide seamless and intuitive experiences for our international clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features, conduct user research, and ensure the design vision aligns with the overall product strategy.

According to the collective agreement, a minimum salary of Euro 3,175 gross per month applies to your position. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment in line with the market.

Your tasks

  • Develop UI/UX concepts aligned with Springtime’s product vision and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to create new features and optimize user journeys.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI for new features in Figma.
  • Identify and resolve UX issues through testing and customer feedback.
  • Create customer journeys, user flows, and personas based on target groups.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and icons for the platform.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across Springtime’s web applications.
  • Conduct usability tests and analyze products for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and integrate them into the product.

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, including experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
  • Experience with web technologies and a good understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Ability to translate complex software features into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Creative, proactive, and a strong problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
